If you forgot your password, you can reset it using the link on Edye's authentication screen, clicking on "I forgot my password" within the application. When doing this, you will have to enter your email with which you created your account and we will send you an email with instructions on how to change your password.
It is important to mention that all Edye user accounts are moderated to ensure that they do not contain personally identifiable information such as first and last names or profanity.
If your user account appeared to have personally identifiable information or profanity, it may have been disabled.
If your user account contains multiple names, other personally identifiable information, or profanity, you will need to create a new account.
